    Why you use 500 FSB instead of 450 anyway? More Vcore it looks like, but I can't really say for sure because you never post your FULL Settings. Images are good but full settings posted would be best for someone to help you

    Those voltage are too high really. Please give me your full settings you try that fail from your BIOS not an easytune image

    Cogage is the "budget" brand of form Thermalright. It has fewer heatpipes and has push-pin mounting instead of screws with a backplate. It's also quite a bid cheaper.
    If you can affor the TRUE I would pay a little extra and get the prolimatech Megahalems, it seems to be the ebast heatsink around.

    The true black is jsut plated in black nickel isntead of silver nickel and the true copper has copper fins isntead of aluminum ones.

    Don't know much about the quads (if that's what you are working on), but I think 1.85V CPU PLL is a bit too much for duals. MCH core is (way) overvolted for sure. Do as LSD suggested.
