    Don't feel bad, Dan's GA-EP45-UD3P - Won't boot with 450FSB thread is currently 20 pages long and it started in early May, 2009.

    There are additional memory tweaks that will improve performance after you've found the optimal primary timings @ 800MHz.

    1) tRD = 6 should be stable with your 333MHz FSB.
    2) Manually tweaking Advanced Timing Controls will provide additional gains.
    3) Performance Enhance = Turbo might help a bit more.

    Naturally, this will require additional stability testing at each step.

    Ok guys I'm back, here is my complete BIOS as of now. I was thinking of changing XMP back to Auto and setting the timings manually to 5-4-4-12 or 4-4-4-12 not sure which. I hope my settings dont look too horrible, just want stable running memory

    If you set timings manualy to 4-4-4-12 you may be able to use Static tRead Value 6, but of course it would need another stress run.
    Wouldn't matter much what XMP is set to if you set timings and DRAM Voltage manually, disable is also good,

    See above edits. Since you are setting things yourself Disable XMP of course. And since you are underclocking your 1066 ram to 800, you can likely use 444-12 timings, so try those first

    Heya guys, well I just want to say thanx LSD, Chike, Conners, ProfJim and Acebmx for all the helpfull info, I'm much obliged

    So I didnt have time to post and tell you what I changed this morning before work to start Prime95 Blend, but I'll tell you now. I used a little from everyones advice and I hope I did ok with settings. Prime95 has been running now for 14 hours with 0 errors so far; So here are the changes I made to what I had configured above previously-

    -XMP profile set to [Disable]
    -DRAM timing selectable set to [Manual]
    -Set timings to 4-4-4-12
    -Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD...........................................3 (set all 6 of these manually)
    tWTR..........................................4
    tWR............................................6
    tRFC...........................................52
    tRTP...........................................4
    Command Rate (CMD) ....................:2
    -Driving Strength set manually to [1066] on channels A and B
    -Set Static tRD value to 7 manually on channels A and B
    -Set MCH core manually to 1.200v

    If all this runs stable then I will try lowing tRD to 6 and Performance Enhance to Turbo as per what ProfJim suggested. So I hope I made the right choices and so far so good on Prime95 just have to wait another 10 hours LOL.

    Great news, so It passed 24 hour Prime95 Blend test 0 errors, yay I'm gonna celebrate

    So I guess Ill put it on a Memtest86+ while I'm at work today, and then do 10 runs maximum stress of IBT after work.

    So I'm hopin I am lookin good so far huh? Then I can do some finer tweaking of settings to get the performance even better, unless of course what I have is just fine?

    I think you're fine. If you're going to tweak make benchmarks baseline you can compare to.
    IBT results (GFlops) SuperPI mod, 3D benchmarks, memory benchmark such as Everest or MaxxMem, and if you are playing games FPS, encodin times if you sue video encoding software etc.
    Of course, except for games (or other software you use) those benchmarks are synthetic and do not always represnt gain in normal use.

    Superb to hear!!! Congrats on your tweaking skills!!!

    Yes, looking very good so far. IBT may cause you to need a bump in Vtt, MCH, or Vcore though, simply because it is such a stressful test

    Your settings mentioned are about as tweaked as you can get, maybe a few changes would help benchmark scores but other than that the only tweaks you would need to or could try it lower voltages which can get time consuming for sure!

    Good luck on the tRD of 6, what FSB are you running? If 333 then you should be ok using tRD 6, may need some voltage adjustments though to get it stable but it shouldn't be too hard for you
