I tried your suggestion Wazza. Unfortunately I BSOD right when I get to my desktop. I'm starting to run out of Ideas. This issue started when I installed Win7 then got better when I did a Bios update. So far nothing else has helped.

You're on to something Wazza300. I was able to get to my desktop using your settings and not BSOD but if I do anything stressful the system will lock up (freeze) and I have to hard reboot.

I used the timings you suggested 8-8-8-26. I have tried more cpu and qpi but its still not stable and even tried at safe maximums.

you could try with auto ram timings and see what bios sets them at,and use normal cpu volt and qpi at 1.3000 and see if it blue screens then

While trying some different settings BSOD froze and I got the following code.

    The STOP reads as: 0x00000101 (0x0000000000000019, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF88002F64180, 0x0000000000000002)

I can get to desktop with stock cpu voltage and qpi/vtt voltage set at 1.3 to be stable doing normal tasks. I still fail when I stress test. I can set qpi/vtt to 3.40 but it's still not stable. If I go beyond that I get the pinkish/redish voltages. Not sure if I can/should go that far.
