    MCHcore at 1.1V (I will up this now)
    MCHref at .760 [auto]
    MCH/DRAM ref at .9V [auto]
    and Dram at 2.1V

    Leaving my Vcore at 1.21875V I changed a the MCH Core a bunch of times.
    On 1.16V LinX failed at 1M9S, IBT at 2minutes
    On 1.18V LinX failed at 1M9S, and IRQL Bsod after IBT failed.
    On 1.2V Linx failed at 1M9S, and BSOD before IBT opened.
    On 1.22V Driver_IRQL BSOD before anything programs opened (core temp, realtemp)
    On 1.24V Linx failed at 1M9S, and BSOD on opening IBT.
    On 1.26V PFN List Corrupt BSOD on opening programs (core temp, real temp)

    Try lower MCH Core, 1.05,1, or even 0.95
    Vcore 1.21875 is the default or above?
    See what actual tRD (Performance Level) is applied with MemSet.

    1.21875 is above +1 notch, should I restore to defaults and try to increase the MCH again? This was the setting I tested for the small ftt's.

    Amall FFT test the CPU mostly. Try Lower MCH Core since increasing it didn't make things better. The Vcore shouldn't be the cuae for the problem at stock speed.
    See in BIOS HWMonitor or EasyTune what actual DRAM voltage is.

    I'd just like to see your entire bios settings.

    EDIT: Please try Performance Enhance...................: Standard if not already.

    How does it look with 1.05 MCH Core?
    And as Conners said set Performance Enhance to standard.
    I would also select XMP profile1. Are all memory timings manual? I'd set them auto except Static tRead with the XMP profile1.
