I was just wondering since your default settings looked to match the EPP profile and not the standard 400 JEDEC, is XMP disabled as it is showed in your template?
Is Static tRead 8 the lowest you could have for these settings? I just think it's best to find the best value you can use for those settings since for 5GHz speed you'll need to change most of the settings anyway.

tRD (Static tRead Value or Performance Level in Memset) = 7 for both memory channels should be stable up to 420MHz. Lower values = better memory bandwidth and performance.

You'll probably have an easier time if you set your reference voltages to AUTO as you o/c higher.
**edit** Include EasyTune6 --> TUNER tab --> ADVANCE tab --> VOLTAGE tab with your cpu-z/Memset screen-shots in future o/c posts.

Change the tRead to 7 in memset or in the BIOS?

So i should set CPU Reference, MCH Reference & MCH/DRAM Reference all to [Auto]?

Set tRead in BIOS to 7 and Refererence voltages to Auto..

Boots fine. Should i run stress tests with this config, or post images of current info?

Set tRD = 7 (both channels) in the bios.
Yes, set the Reference Voltages to AUTO (for now).
Some of these will need to be manually tweaked as you approach 4.00GHz and higher speeds.

    Done :)

This is how i currently stand. Not throughly stress tested yet.. but booting fine and running cool.

I'd just like to say how damn friendly and helpful these forums are.. really really grateful.

    Don't send praise, send money.
Setting tRFC = 52 should be stable and will further improve memory performance.
There are several additional memory tweaks that can be set, but it's best to leave these on the loose side while overclocking.
Changing too many things at one time is asking for trouble.

    Glad to help out.

Thanks Conners, but Chike deserves the bulk of the credit here.
MadTommy is clearly smart enough to compromise and do it our way.
