    Increasing the MCH Core voltage caused a quicker BSOD and it said System Service Exception.

    Original BSOD had note about WIN32K.SYS if that helps.

    What would really be helpful is a bios settings template. Just replace setting numbers with yours. Probably going to have to raise vcore and adjust ram timings. Also set right set thest right now:

    Your CPU Host Frequency was 266 by default, meaning the cpu was ubderclocked.
    If you haven't load optimized defaults yet it is recommended that you do so.
    Try MCH Core one level above 1.1v and go up in 0.02v increments. If increasing MCH Core fail you can try decreasing it to 1.05v or 1.00v, the steps are assencial.
    If all this fail it could be that you have a faulti memory module or memory slot. Individual memory module test would be required then runing memtest86+ with one module in slot 1 at a time, then with 1 known good module in each slot.

    As above..frequencies seem a bit odd.

    On the main bios page.Load optimised defaults.
    Then save them using the F10 key and reboot,
    If the physical memory and its timings are recognised ,fine..see if you get any errors.
    Make sure bog standard is working ok,if it isnt you may have to make some adjustments.
    I would recommend taking out /uninstalling ET6 for now.
    ..If optimised default doesnt eliminate the errors.
    Your hdd may be full of temp and memory dump files by now up to a couple of gigs.. clik on your hdd go to properties clik on disk cleanup and remove the temp/memory dump files that may have built up.

    When you boot in again give your hdd enough time to stop spinning hard ..give it like 10-15 min to settle down.

    Set your memory at exactly the timings/speed /voltage its supposed to run at..using the optimised defaults as a start point.
    Come back for the exact settings..Conners would have/may already have posted^ the exact settings since his system is closest to yours.

    Methinks the EIST function was in play is why the 266MHz was showing. (Well maybe not after looking at the settings he posted)

    There should be nothing wrong with the template settings I provided for a good start.

    But do as kick suggest then try the settings.

    Still having major problems with this setup and I can't seem to get the system to stabilize.

    I have downloaded MEMtest - 86 Ver3.5. Seems with all 8 GB in the computer I cannot get the memtest to work. It begins to test the sticn hits a point and reboots the system.

    I have put only one 2GB stick in an ran MEMTest Successfully on that stick. I am in the process of running each stick individually in the first slot to see if they all check out.

    Any other suggestions???? Not sure what to do???
