well, right now im up at 3.3(367*9) with a Vcore=1.5435, Vtt=1.54 pll=1.63 and it seems stbale so far with 10 minutes of prime and temps at 76/76/61/61. Going to game for a few now and then start prime again, but i think im hitting the limit if of this cpu.

It looks like your settings and temperatures in post #11 are awfully high.
As I recall, most Q6600 overclocks near 3.60GHz are using about 1.45 Vcore volts and temperatures are significantly lower. What is the normal ambient (room) temperature?
You have a top notch cpu cooler setup and should be doing better.
Once you post your bios settings with the screen-shot (from post #2), we can better help you.

Sorry, I did mean that those seemed a bit high for 3.3

Raise tRFC a bit and push the FSB and see how far you can get, may not need anymore voltages for a while since they are higher already

Your Static tRead Value (tRD or "Performance Level" in Memset) is VERY conservative.
It's best to use conservative memory settings while overclocking.

tRD = 6 in the middle 300MHz range should be stable.
tRD = 7 should be stable up to about 420MHz.
Lower settings will give improved memory performance.

Hey mate i had trouble even booting 380 FSB with my Q6600 as well... i solved it by setting the 'MCH Reference' setting to 0.80v. Was able to run 400 FSB with stock volts after that (apart from vcore and vdimm of course...)

    Hope this helps.

EDIT: Remember that both reference voltages equate from FSB termination voltage !!! so if u still have the FSB term set to 1.54v, setting mch reference to 0.80v will simply make it not boot... Set the termination voltage to 1.20v, and then set MCH reference to 0.80v...
