Anyone from expert's would help me?? I'm going to thinking that's the memory problem. I'm planning to buy one of these Kingston HyperX memories Kit
    (I prefer only DualChannel):
    KHX6400D2K2/2G 2GB 800MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL5 DIMM (Kit of 2)
    KHX6400D2LLK2/2G 2GB 800MHz DDR2 Non-ECC Low-Latency CL4 DIMM (Kit of 2)

The Kingston HyperX page say's that memory will work fully on my board, here is the link

So what can you say it is a good choice ??

That ram will work on your board, but there is many others that will as well. Are you sure it is ram issues?

Did you ever try the latest BIOS F4 you mentioned?

I think it's the problem i met. my friend has also this motherboard with E7200 @3.4GHz and Patriot DDR2 800 LLK 2x1GB Memory in DC and he doesn't have double boot on cold start and he have 2.00 memory multiplier. BIOS F4 seems doesn't help

no problem. I think the memory is the problem. No matter what bios I use: f1, f2, f3, f4, the memory I have are not fully compatible to this motherboard and I must change the memories. My friend has rig with this mobo and C2D E7200 OC'ed to 3.4GHz and he has a Patriot DDR2 800 2GB in Dual Channel switched to 2.00 memory multiplier and he has not got any double boot from cold start.

Ahh ok! You just said that a bit cryptic before so i wasn't sure what you meant.

Yes, sadly not all memory is always compatible. If you want to be sure what works ask around, or check the QVL list. I could also make some suggestions to you if you would like, depending on where you live they may be decent priced as well.

Hehehe.... thanks. I'm from Poland as you see..... I checked the QVL List and also a lot of sites like kingston website, corsair, OCZ, and Patriot. The help with memory choose would be appreciated. But I don't know one thing, in sites like these I listed are two types of my motherboard... Like this:
    GA-EP35-DS3 and GA-EP35-DS3 (rev.2.1)

    Which should i take ??
