    It won't work... Beside I don't have unlocked 2.66 multi. Only BIOS mod could give me 2.66 multi. Ok I unlock the 2.66 and check if it works.... But to get e.g 266 mhz strap i must have a 1066MHz FSB CPU ??

    266 Bus Frequency is rated 1066 FSB, you fon't see 1066 in BIOS.

    Kingson is nice and stable ram, it may not overclock very well but should be perfectly fine and stable at stock speeds on your board
    Sorry the NB/MCH straps didn't worked, now i'm for 99% sure that's memory fault.

    It very well could be the ram, not all ram will work in all boards. It just happens sometimes, that is why they make QVL lists. Of course those are never updated, nor do they contain all the ram that will work, but they do contain ram that for sure should.
