    Angry GA-EX58-UD3R & GTX 295 & i7

I got my new stuff and set up everything. Now I'm wondering about is it normal if I get 17800 score from 3dmark06 with i7 920 @ 2.67 & Gainward gtx 295.
I think its kinda low cuz some guys get like 25k with non clocked i7 & gtx 295.
What could be the problem? Could it be that UD3R has no SLI and gtx 295 is a dual GPU, does a single one dual gpu need a motherboard with SLI function? Or do I just have to OC my i7?

no thats the whole point of using two gpus on one graphics board to save space, you 16x slot is plenty fast unuff i think you should overclock your cpu to improve things as it might be bottlenecking your gpu

SLI can be enabled on the UD3R, you just need to update your BIOS. Now I am not familiar with Nvidia at all so I can't say if that will help your scores mentioned or not, nor do I know if those are normal? But I do know as said above a healthy overclock is easy and will greatly improve those scores

To update your BIOS I suggest the latest Beta F8a (If you have rev 1.0 board, get FD1 if you have rev 1.6 board) >>

SLI Support enabled since F5 BIOS

And to use Qflash to flash with, here is a guide >>

OC your cpu because it's not handling your gpu and bottlenecking there. I guarantee any kind of OC and you'll notice a big difference in your benchmarks.
