    Wait on the Northbridge voltage bump the TRFC and try it first.

    Well, unfortunately it hasn't changed anything. The random black screen resets are still going on.

    I'm a little stumped. Memtest? It passed the windows one. or am I barking up the wrong tree?

    You should use memtest86+-2.11----> http://www.memtest.org/download/2.11...+-2.11.iso.zip
    You will need a blank cd burn the image file or iso to cd boot to cd for memtest86+-2.11. This way you will eliminate some of the posibilities of other problems in Windows.
    If the memtest86+-2.11. fails at 195ns then your memory should be replaced. You should try the kit in slots 1&2 if fails, then try slots 3&4 to eliminate the possility of it being the motherboard slots. If memtest passes then it's most likely some other problem.

    Well,

    I ran memtest overnight and it failed twice at test number 7 (Randome Number Sequence).

    So this morning I took out one at a time and tested them individually. Both passed! So I moved over to slot 2 and again both passed. Re-installed the second stick and they both passed again!

    So I thought, perhaps it was a lose connection or what have you. So ran the computer again - 20 mins in, reset.

    hmmmmm.

    If memtest 86+ 2.11 passes It is probable that the issue is not the memory.
    We should start over. You should go into bios and set to optimal defaults. Install the memtest cd. Save and exit. Run memtest again. If passes then let us know, we will eliminate the memory being the issue. Then try some other possibilities.
    Are you sure you downloaded and updated the right Windows drivers?

    im having the same issue right now. I have tried every thing i can think of. Im so close to just buying a MSI board and giving up. But it bothers me to think there is nothing wrong just an update or change i could use to fix it.
    I updated to F3 last night with no success and im thinking of upgrading to F8 any thoughts?

    F8 should be ok if you have rev.1.0. I would update to F4 first though. If you have rev.2.0 you are using the wrong bios.

    Right - I tried a PSU change yesterday - it ran all day to a point where I began believing that is was the PSU!

    Until about 10pm, when the reset occured again. Thats another one off the tick list.

    I'll run Memtest again with optimal settings and see what results are.
