Post #5 has an added edit to avoid confusion.
Initial ram testing is done with stock cpu and memory settings, not overclocked.
Your initial ram test indicates that 2 modules in slots #1 and #3 are OK.

The second ram test should use the remaining 2 modules. If this test fails using only slots #2 and #4, we don't know if the problem is with one of the memory modules or a faulty memory slot. If the second test passes when using slots #1 and #3, we know that all memory modules are OK, but we don't know if there is a possible problem with slot #2 or #4.

It looks like your second test was with all memory slots filled.
Bad mobo memory slots are rare but they do happen sometimes.
EekTheCat's suggestion to run the second test using the same (#1 and #3) slots is valid, but it wouldn't tell us if one of the remaining memory slots had problems. His approach would confirm that all 4 memory modules are working properly.

    My testing approach is:
    0) Each step runs Memtest86+ for at least 6 - 10 full passes.
    1) module A in slot #1, module B in slot #3
    2) module C in slot #2, module D in slot #4 <-- if this test passes, skip step #3
    3) module C in slot #1, module D in slot #3 <-- don't test unless step #2 fails
    4) module A,B,C,D in slots 1,2,3,4 (respectively), possibly with your memory underclocked to 667MHz, using 266MHz x 2.50A System Memory Multiplier.

If step 1,2, or 3 generates errors, you should test each of the 2 tested modules separately in memory slot #1 to determine which module is faulty.

If Memtest86+ generates errors, let us know the pass #, test #, and how many errors occurred. With this information, we should be able to narrow down the problem.

Please post your bios settings and a sceenshot that includes:
Memset using the SPD and ">>" tabs
    cpu-z main screen
EasyTune6 --> TUNER tab --> ADVANCE tab --> VOLTAGE tab

The steps in your PM are correct.

I'm back to trying to fix this under another post:

Would welcome your help. I have fully tested each stick and each slot, the issue appears to be just getting it stable to run the full 8 GB.
