    Good luck with the above, if you have issues please post back your exact full settings that fail

    Load Optimized bios settings and then enter your bios settings from your last post.
    Don't change any of the Advanced Clock Control settings.
    Make the following changes:

    CPU Host Frequency (MHz) = 401
    CPU Vcore = 1.35000 <-- other values may be needed

    MCH Core settings that are too high or too low will cause boot or instability problems.

    When you next post your bios settings, use either of these EP45 bios templates, not the abbreviated version from your last post.
    It's possible that some of the omitted bios settings are causing your problems.

    At 400 FSB, CPU ref and MCH ref can be left at Auto and like previously stated....Load Optimized Defaults on the MIT page, then save and reboot and re-enter bios and make changes to the MIT page.
    Yeahhh I've finally got the 1600mhz speed from the Rams!! and Its stable!
    I'll be posting the exact settings that work for me tonight.
