Max oc i've reached is 3,45Ghz stable in boot and windows (not stable in orthos) with ~1,45v core (~1,40 in full load). Mobo has some v core drop :/
With 1,40v in bios, i have 1,37 iddle and 1,34 full load.

I've expected much more from this c2d but **** happens :/ It's voltage demands are to big after 3,45 Ghz ;(

Do you realy need that high vcore? What is your CPU VID?
MCH OverVoltage +0.1v may help stability with all that ram.

CPU VID shown in bios is 1,25V. I need it so high to even make it boot.
My e7300 is not very overclockable ... I tried overclocking pci and north bridge (or south- don't remember) with no luck.

If i change multiplier to 9,5 i can get higher fsb but ~3,4 ghz is a orthos-stable. Everything higher is unstable...

I see, what is idle vcore in cpu-z?
What are core temps under load?

    idle vcore in cpu-z - 1,36, load-1,344, in bios setting-1,4
Load-temp is 61 degrees (celcius). In hot days (28 degrees in room) it reaches 64 degrees max. Not bad if You consider my chassis.
