    Oh your tRD(Static tRead Value/Performance Level) is sky high, try lowering it untill the computer won't boot, then raise it one up, run a pass or two of memtest86+, before you boot into windows, if memtest86+ failes try increasing it one more.
    I scaled my GFlops at 3.6GHz to 4.GHz and yours are still 1GFlops higher, that's probably the extra 3MB L2 cache. So I's say they're fine. Maybe with lower tRD they'll get even better.

    Well to change those values I had to turn auto off. Went from 9 to 8 and had to change the other values to 7 7 7 20 to get it to boot. 8 was the lowest I could go with those timings and it will still boot.

    So do you mean tRead of 8 was stable? Usually I find if you can boot at a tRead value then either it will be 100% stable or you may need to increase it but only by one more tick.

    Like Chike says, going to the optimal tRead from the massive tRead=15 will make a big difference to your over all performance.

    As suggested, post up another BIOS template with the exact settings you're currently using. take special care to make sure you have every value represented properly in the template. To make it neater you can surround the template with code tags. To do this go to advanced and click code or type [.CODE] * [./CODE] without the full stops at the beginning and paste the template in between the two words, where the star is. This will put the template into a nice scrollable table.

    I must have been adjusting the wrong value or I dont understand.

    tRD(Static tRead Value/Performance Level)

    I assumed it was this setting in the bios:

    The memset pic I posted earlier was with these settings. Anyways, I did run Prime95 for 14 hours over night and no errors. I havent had a chance to try SuperPi and Everest yet.

    Right, so before tRD was manually set to 9? But MemSet showed 14, and now it is set to 8 and shows 8 in MemSet. I was confused because DRAM Timing Selectable was auto which means everything below is auto. Even 7-7-7-20 timings are pretty tight for this speed, if you look at the first cpu-z spd you posted, speed is closer to the point where 8-8-8-23 is needed, maybe the +0.1v in vDRAM help the tighter timings.
    Anyway, is there any improvement in memory performance? How is stability?

    Ive never had any instability at any settings. So I dont really notice any increase or decrease in performance. I havent run any memory testing yet. Ive been busy at work. I have about an hour left here that I can mess with the computer. Should I adjust anything now or do you recommend me running one of the memory test you guys mentioned? If so which one?

    I relooked at the previous MemSet screen capture, timings there were actually 8-8-8-23 so I guess everything else was auto too.
    BTW tRFC is set to 66 when left on auto.

    In memory benchmark, or IBT, SuperPI may also be effected, more by latency than bandwidth I think.
