tRead will effect bandwidth too. Depending on the system ofc but for every increase in tRead, I get a drop of ~200MB/s of RAM bandwidth. Latency will also suffer, yes.

What confused the both of us was like Chike said, the screenshot before your most recent ones had Memset showing Performance Level (tRead) = 15. If it's set at 8 and that's the lowest you can boot at, then it's fine.

If you wanted to experement with which is faster, benchmark your current RAM settings of 7-7-7-20 @ 1184 (2.66D) with something like 8-8-8-24 @ 1335, (3.00 multi). You may have to go all the way to 9-9-9-26 to get 1335, but seeing as you get so close to it a whole 2 CAS values lower, maybe not.

I was more confused than just the Static tRead Value because timings were 5-5-5-15 in the template but in MemSet they were 8-8-8-23, I suppose they were all dimmed as DRAM Timings selectable was auto, so everything below was auto anyway, including Static tRead Value.
I stopped believe what timings I see in BIOS some time ago

I think the 5-5-5-15 primary timings were because of a cut and paste of the template I originally supplied. That was when cell247 accidentally supplied a link to some DDR2-8500 @ 5-5-5-15. I'm almost sure 5-5-5-15 wasn't actually displayed in the BIOS.

SuperPI results look reasonable, get the XS mod from the programs sticky and you can compare to the results here.
Memory numbers look good too but I have no base for comparison (FSB freq./DDR3)
