Default ga-ep45-ds3p and q9650 any tips?

Ok guys hoping for some help with overclocking my new q9650 (before running E8600 at 4,01 at the same hardware) except memory.

First run at 3.6 ghz was easy and running now at 3.74 ghz stable in prime95 and OCCT.

My goal is around the 3.84 ghz stable if possible...

    OS / Vista 32 bit SP2

    Hardware:
    GA-EP45-DS3P bios F7
    Q9650 Yorkfield stepping E0
    Memory PC2-8500 OCZ2RPR10664GK (2,1 V Default timing 5-5-5-18 trfc 54)
    PSU CMPSU-620HX
    Cooler scythe " infinity/muggen"
    evga GTX260
Current core temps full load prime95 55/49/51/48

If the FSB is set over 416 mhz I get CPU error or mem error in OCCT 1 hour test.

    My bios settings...

Aside from other things that probably need to be changed, I wonder, how did you decide tRFC 54?

you should set all your voltages(that you didnt change manually) to normal, not auto for one thing.

    try turbo on performance enhance
    load line calibration - enabled
    cpu v core 1.28
    cpu term 1.28
    mch core 1.26
    dram voltage 2.10
    all other voltages normal
    test ram

NORMAL is NOT recommended at all, use AUTO for the bios settings that you're not setting.

Did you load OPTIMIZED bios settings before making any bios changes?

Add your hardware list to your forum signature, including:
    1) motherboard and bios versions
    2) memory module model # and link to your ram's specifications
    3) psu model # and wattage rating
    4) etc

Cpu Termination is too high, 1.20 - 1.22 should be fine.
    MCH Core = 1.24 - 1.26 should work.
Static tRead Value = 9 (for now) will give you better memory performance.

Memory tweaking should wait until your system has passed extended stability testing. Leave the Advanced Timing Control settings on AUTO for now.

This post has recommended initial bios settings and additional recommendations.
Post your updated bios settings and testing/stability results for additional suggestions.

Even in the same page it's inconvenient to scroll to see what they are.
People in this forum I very willing to help, why make it difficult for them to help you?
