Core Temps with full oc stable are 74c seeing that Intel says the E7300 is maxxed at 74.1 this is too high for my liking, however considering I have a stock air cooler i guess it's to be expected.

here's everest memory benchmark stuff you asked for, you tell me if the results are worth bragging about or not noteworthy :)

    Cheers Shannon

Intel's 74.1c is for Tcase not core temperatures, still those temps are pretty high if caused by Prime95 or OCCT.
I think you should get a better CPU heatsink even with current OC. What is the ambiant temperature for those temps?

Memory results look ok for the FSB I guess, not worth messing around with memory untill you settle with CPU OC.

Highr FSB will give higher memory performance, and of course more CPU speed.

Ambient Temps are around 44c, I'm off to get a Coolermaster Hyper 212 fan/HS tomorrow reviews suggest it's capable of cooling it down in a OC situation :)

OOPs :) Need to sleep 12: 30 ish AM now and it shows

Ambient temp around 19c at present Idle core temps around 40c
so idle temp = ambient plus 20 c or so

I'd do some more testing with those RAM frequencies. You either have some exceptionally over-clockable stuff or are running on the edge of stability.

At your 3.4GHz settings it would be best to use the 3.2B RAM multiplier for a slightly clocked DDR-1088. Run Prime over night and see how you get on. If you haven't already, set RAM voltage to the most it can handle.

A link to your RAM would be interesting to see, even if it's just from the store you bought it at. Is it the sort with the weird heat spreaders that make the modules look like a comb?

That's the ones! big finned mothers. I had Kingston 1066 ram before but this board spat ( booting and access drives) at bog stock levels so I had to buy these instead to get it working. I will take your advise and see what transpires.

    Thanks Shannon
