Not a bad score. You can get a free single run trial of 3DMark Vantage and also PC Mark from the Futuremark site too.

    cool,

so I did some changes bios, and i hit 3 Ghz, by just by raising BCLK Frequency(Mhz) to 150

    Bench mark score i5-750 @ 3 Ghz was 15973 (at 2.8 Ghz it was 15440 ) Temps where about 59ºC - 62 º C when running PI

    Stock cooler all the time

I then did some other changes to the bios

    Intel(R) Turbo Boost Techn.__________ DISABLED
    CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E).____________DISABLED
    CPU EIST Function.__________________DISABLED

    System Memory Multiplier (SPD)._______[8]
    QPI Clock Ratio ._____________________32
    Base Clock(BCLK) Control.______________ENABLED
    BCLK Frequency(Mhz)._________________160
    Extreme Memory Profile(X.M.P.)._________DISABLED
    Performance enchance .________________Standard
And i set memory timming to.____________8-8-8-24

    Pi comparrison:

    i5 750 @ 2.8 8M 00:02:48:657s
    i5 750 @ 3.0 8M 00:02:38:345s
    i5 750 @ 3.0 8M 00:02:36:703s (bios settings modified)
    i5 750 @ 3.2 8M 00:02:21:313s (bios settings modified)(highest temps around 68-71) (blck/fsb 160)

Because of the temps i set the fsb down to 150, its 3 Ghz + the new Bios settings.

    I ran 3dmark06 and i got 16019

SO the 3dmark comparison would be

    i5 750 @ 2.8 15440
    i5 750 @ 3.0 15973
    i5 750 @ 3.0 16019 (bios settings modified) temps 50 -55ºC cpu at rest
i5 750 @ 3.2 Not tested due to my temps

anythnig in the bios that should be changed or un changed??

    whats qpi link exaclty¿

That was my question to. (what is QPI link)

A senior member said you want the speeds to be as high as possible but I see OCers setting it at the lowest setting probably to avoid problems.

I think the setting has something to do with the uncore speed.

I have been OCing my P55-UD4P
    P55-UD4P - i7860 - Patriot Inferno 120GB SSD - 1600Mhz Mushkin 7-8-7-20 - 3 WD 640GB Black
    880GMA-UD2P - X6 1055T CPU - Patriot Inferno 120GB SSD - GSkill 1333 8-8-8-21 - 2 500GB WD Black
2 or 3 other systems I like to play with and a laptop

Intel QuickPath Interconnect - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There's little point OCing the QPI, as there's already way more bandwidth there than a single (physical) CPU system could ever use. It's cheif function on a 1336 i7 is to provide communication between mulitple physical processors as well as any internal intercommunication between different parts of each CPU. The QPI isn't gone on i5/1156 CPU's it's just an internal communication line only.
