You probably need to set the Vcore (cpu voltage) to about 1.3v. Leaving it in auto will not support such high ram frequency. I have the same mobo as yours (1.0 revision). Take a look at the settings, and use it as an example.

    Here is my setup:
20x19=3.8GHz stable for 9 hours of P95 blend test.
Idle temp 44c. Full load with P95 74c max.
Ram at rated speed 1600@8,8,8,24 1T

set system performance enhance to standard,if it still blue screens increase qpi voltage to 1.3000,you wont need anymore than that for stock or upto 3.8ghz higher you might need more, also try disabling xmp and set values manually

In your previous you mention having stable. Can you you get it back to those settings ? Even if u have to run it below spec'd speeds, its better than being unstable or not even working at all.

Give updated details of your settings. Did you change your Vcore or is it still at auto?

Tryed the vcore 1.3000v qpi/vtt voltage at 1.3000v.No bsod but frezzing in the games or even in win7/64
Tested the memory at stock value 1066mhz whit Memtest 18 h no problem there.

Did you test the stability of cpu with lowered memory speed? Do it for a few hours. If system is stable at your overclock setting with lower memory speed, the memory is the suspect.

I was in the same situation. There was no way I can get my memory to run at 1600 and rated timing. I tested it one stick at a time on slot one, and found that only one stick can pass, the other 2 sticks failed P95 test (in under 1 minute). I took some screen shots and sent it in for rma. Now, my new sicks are working ok.

BTW, you should have tested memtest86+ at 1600 at rated timing. It is ok in your test because you run it at 1033. Anyway, I suggest you follow my method to nail down the problem.
