Ok, I've changed the tRead value to 7. Please note that all of the other settings regarding memory timings are set by the BIOS exclude CAS/RAS.

It boot on the first time and here are the Memset screenshots and another Everest memory benchmark test:

and this is the Everest benchmark before the tRead Change:

Not much of a difference, is it?

What should I do now? Lower it to 6? check Temps., FFT?
    CPU: Intel E8500 @ 3.16GHz
    RAM: OCZ Titanium 2x2GB & G.Skill 2x2GB @ 800MHz
    MB: Gigabyte EX38-DS4 (BIOS F3)
GPU: ATI Palit 4870 1GB Dual Edition
    PSU: ThermalTake 750W
    Cooling: Ximgatek Achilles 1284S
    Case: CoolerMaster 690

I'd say 400MB/s more for read and 5.5ns less latency is pretty good for such simple change. Very good memory performance and without stretching limits.
I doubt 6 would work but worth trying.
Yes small FFT for a start, if temps are below 70c it's fine.

I'm running the Prime95 small FFT test for the past 30 minutes and the highest core temp was 69 deg. The highest CPU temp was 57 Deg.

I've also installed a fan above the RAM to suck out the heat. I use coolermaster 690 case.

Edit: I just installed 3DMark 2006. Do you recommend it for benchmarking? And about that PCI Express Freq, why should it be at 100? and not 102 for example?

Looks pretty much like minem does it has a front intake?
I Installed low RPM side intake on mine to help cooling the NB.
Temps are a bit high for my taste for this OC.

I think they are a bit high because the zalman is not so well... it's only at 2600~RPM. but I can live with that....

It has a front intake. it helps the HD's but it's only at 1050~RPM. I've removed the side intake cause it enters a lot of dust....

You can safely set/lower several of those timings and you would see better scores..

tRRD........................................... 3 should work just fine, you have 5 now
tWTR.......................................... 3-4 should work just fine, you have 8/13 now
tWR............................................ 4-6 should work just fine, you have 12/17 now
tRFC........................................... 48-54 should work just fine, you have 78 now
tRTP........................................... 3 should work just fine, you have 7 now

There are filters like A/C filters you can install infront the side intake.
I had Zalman CNPS8700 at 1300 rpm and it wosn't that worse than the Mugen.
Those temps are fine for themselves but video encoders for example may take them 10c higher. So keep an eye on the temps if you pay games or whatever.

I get it... I'll keep an eye for them. meanwhile I'll try the tRead 6 value and the rest as Lsdmeasap suggested.

Ok here are the Everest memory benchmark results for tRead value 6:
Note: in the BIOS menu, I could still see the value 8 although the field where the user changes the value, stayed at 7.

    For reference, tRead value 7:

    CPU: Intel E8500 @ 3.16GHz
    RAM: OCZ Titanium 2x2GB & G.Skill 2x2GB @ 800MHz
    MB: Gigabyte EX38-DS4 (BIOS F3)

What? You set 6 and it showed 7? You ONLY need to worry about the right side of the BIOS, and please do see my above suggestions as those are hurting your scores
