The trial version of Everest doesn't display all the memory benchmark results.
You can run the REPORTS -> BENCHMARKS that generates a report that you can save and it covers about 12 different scores and it will include memory read/write/copy results, but not the cache bandwidth results.
The memory benchmark screen is one of the commonly posted screens. It won't be terribly useful to post the full benchmark report, but you will have a basis of comparison for you to see how your overclocking is doing.

You should be able to download MaxxMEM2 using a web search.

    For tighter memory timings:

    System Memory Multiplier ----------- : [2.00B]
    CAS Latency Time ------------------ : [5]
    tRCD ------------------------------- : [6]
    tRP -------------------------------- : [6]
    tRAS ------------------------------- : [20]

    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD ------------------------------ : [3]
    tWTR ----------------------------- : [3]
    tWR ------------------------------- : [5]
    tRFC ------------------------------ : [52]
    tRTP ------------------------------ : [3]

Channel A and B <-- both must be the same
    Static tRead Value ------------------ : [9] <-- start with 9, then test with 8

    DRAM Voltage --------- 1.80V ------- : [1.92]
This setting wont let me boot my computer. only thing i'm changing is basically :

    System Memory Multiplier ----------- : [2.00B]
    CAS Latency Time ------------------ : [5]
    tRCD ------------------------------- : [6]
    tRP -------------------------------- : [6]
    tRAS ------------------------------- : [20]
    motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR P45 DDR2 PCI-E

Change Cas from 5 to 6 and try again.
If it still won't boot, change your 6-6-6-20 primary memory timings to AUTO and try again.
It might be that 2.00B memory multiplier isn't playing nice with your memory.
I'll be around for a couple more hours, so post back if you're still having issues.

Starting with your stable settings in post #104, change the following:

    Performance Enhance ---------------- : [Turbo]
System Memory Multiplier ------------- : [Auto]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time ------- 5 ---------- : [Auto]
    tRCD -------------------- 5 ---------- : [Auto]
    tRP --------------------- 5 ---------- : [Auto]
    tRAS ------------------- 18 ---------- : [Auto]

    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD -------------------- 3 ---------- : [Auto]
    tWTR ------------------- 3 ---------- : [Auto]
    tWR --------------------- 6 ---------- : [Auto]
    tRFC ------------------- 52 ---------- : [Auto]
    tRTP -------------------- 3 ---------- : [Auto]

    Channel A
Static tRead Value --------------------- : [Auto]
    Channel B
Static tRead Value --------------------- : [Auto]

Driving Strength ----------------------- : [Auto] <-- same setting for memory channels A and B

Don't try to post the full Everest benchmark report.

Download CrystalMark 2004R3 for a benchmarks.
FutureMark Benchmarks can also be used.
If any of your games has a benchmarking feature, use these also.

You should run your benchmarks using your stable settings first, then apply these bios changes.
Post your bios settings and full screen-shot, including your benchmark results. Let us know how the benchmarks changed.
