Turn the PSU off, push the power button for about 20 seconds, turn the PSU back on and power up again. You may need to repeat this more than once.
After 2-7 boot trials the computer should power up, enter BIOS MIT, a red warning should appear.
    Then what profJim said.

Do I really need to set MCH Core to 1.20 as suggested? If so, it would be great to know what that setting does and why the default setting is not enough.

With the above settings, I still can't get it stable. Appreciated if anyone would help me figuring out what's wrong, or it's really my CPU's limit.

    Here are screenshots from CPUZ.

Thanks you all for your kind assistance.

Yes for 4GB of ram you will likely need 1.20-1.24 or so MCH Core. Default settings are for 800Mhz memory 2x1GB

Are you starting with Optimized defaults? What is your CPU/PCIE Clock drive voltages, you did not list them

Set more MCH Core and you may see your issues go away. If not you may need more vcore than you are using

Please also post an image of Memset so we can see your advanced timings that Auto is giving you

    @PrTv
Please post the requested ET6 screen-shot for verifying applied voltages and include the Memset screenshot with SPD and >> tabs displayed.

You're making it much harder for us to help you if you don't post your full hardware specs in your forum signature along with a link to the full specs for your ram.
This is doubly important when we're helping several members in the same thread.

Set tRD (Static tRead Value) = 9 for both memory channels.
Set Driving Strength = 1066 for both memory channels.

I can't tell if you initially loaded OPTIMIZED bios settings before you started your overclock.
Please update your posted bios settings with the values displayed in:
    Cpu CLock Drive = ??
PCI Express Clock Drive = ??

Looks like Lsdme beat me to the punch.

Check here for a not to technical definition of MCH (Memory Controller Hub).
MCH Core voltage settings are critical for normal booting and stability.

Lsdmeasap and profJim, sorry for not giving you enough information.

    Here are screenshots you requested.

And my CPU/PCIE Clock drive (and other settings) are as follows:

    CPU Clock Drive 800mV
    PCIE Clock Drive 900mV
    CPU Clock Skew 0ps
    MCH Clock Skew 0ps

If the above is still not enough, please let me know what you'd like to see more, as I have no experience with this chipset (my initial impression is that O/Cing is all about VCore and Multiplier/FSB adjustment), so I don't know what information should be made available to you guys.

I've just increased the MCH to 1.20 and other memory settings as profJim suggested, but still can't make it through Prime95.

It's kind of strange that I can survive 32MB HyperPI but failed very easily with Prime95 (within 30 sec). However my computer didn't crash or anything, but Prime95 just told me certain cores are error.

And YES! I started from Optimized Settings.

Try CPU Termination 1.32-1.34, and MCH Core 1.24. See if that will pass Prime

Instant failure in Prime often means not enough Vcore, but I would test the above changes first

It's best to use Memset's SPD and >> tabs to show more information.
We still need a link to the full memory specifications.
If you're using 2x2GB of ram, MCH Core probably needs to be set to 1.22 - 1.26 volts.
Your VTT is within reason, but you might want to lower 1 or 2 clicks.
Your Clock Drive settings are correct, so it looks like you did load Optimized settings.

If the suggested MCH Core settings don't help, change the System Memory Multiplier from 2.00D to 2.00B and test again.

**edit** It's my nap time, so I'm going to leave you at the mercy of Lsdme's suggestions ;~))

Here is a link to G.Skill website with ram's specification (but not so much more than what you already know).
    G.SKILL-Products

On the website you'll see the "Test_Voltage" is 1.9 ~ 2.0, but on the box it clearly states 2.0~2.1V.

Here is >> page of Memset.

    -------------------------
    UPDATE:

After several tries and still couldn't get pass the first 30 sec of Prime95, I was impatient and dialed it back to 3.36 Ghz (420*8), thinking that at least I should find a speed at which it's stable and I can work my way up from there.

Initially I tried my original settings (which I "thought" stable") and still couldn't pass Prime. Then I use what Lsdmeasap suggested (CPU Termination 1.30/ MCH Core 1.24). I reduced VTT quite a bit to 1.30 as I'm at the lower speed.

Now I passed first test and it's still running. Don't know how long it will survive. Maybe my CPU is not good enough for 3.5 Ghz.

I'll see how high I can go from 3.36.

I am sure you can get 3.6 likely, just need to find the right settings is all. Did you try it again yet with MCH I suggested, and or more vcore with MCH Suggested?
