I've changed my bios settings according to what the post said and my computer rebooted 3 times and probably went to default settings (my cpu is working now on 333X8=2666mhz).
Something went wrong so I've tried it again and checked and everything seems to be fine but the rebooting happened again.
maybe 1.25 Vcore is too low? or something else? do you have any idea?
    Thanks in advance :)

If 1.25v vcore is the default shown it's not too low, could you post the settings that cause the failure?

A screen capture of EasyTune advanced voltage for the settings that did boot finally may also help.

One difference I see between ET and the settings is DRAM Voltage, you set it to 1.6v but specs are 1.7v.
Check with cpu-s or MemSet what speed was ram set to.
Even though 1.1v MCH Core works you may try to increase it to 1.2v for 4GB ram.
Also leave MCH/DRAM Ref on auto.

Well I've read that the normal voltage for DDR3 is 1.5 so I thought 1.6 could be enough. I'll change that.
I'll also change MCH core to 1.2v and MCH/Dram ref is already on auto.

OK I've changed the MCH core to 1.2v
DRAM voltage to 1.8v to make sure it's enough,
and MCH\DRAM ref is on auto.
    Still had the rebooting issue.
Here's memset and cpu-z after reboot:
    ty in advance .

    Here's easy tunes voltage:

Try more MCH Core 1.22-.1.26v, one tick at a time, perheps one tick more CPU Termination too.
If the above doesn't work, try 2.66D memory multiplier to see if it's the memory settings or others that causing the problem.

BTW I see Performance Enhance is different for channels A & B, are they both set the same in BIOS(Static tRead Value)?

ok I'll try that. And I'm not sure what you mean about the channels.
Both Static tRead Value is 8.
