Is it auto or set manually? In MemSet it shows different values for Channel A 7 and Channel B 8 (Performance Level).

    Ohh I see.
And It's on auto (channel a and channel b static tread value on auto).

To eliminate this as possible problem set them both manually, 8 or 9 for now.

Ok I've tried just to change the MCH core and CPU termi and it still rebooted.
Then I jsut changed the SPD to 2.66D as you said and it did not reboot and now working. but I guess my ram speed now is really low isn't it?
    Here's some SS:

It can't be considered *very* slow, just slower than it can be. But at least we know where to look at now.
    Try the following memory settings:
    Code:
    System Memory Multiplier -------------- : [4.00D]
DRAM Timing Selectable ---------------- : [Manual]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time -------- 7 ---------- : [7]
    tRCD ------------------- 7 ---------- : [7]
    tRP --------------------- 7 ---------- : [7]
    tRAS ------------------- 16 ---------- : [24]

    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD ------------------- 4 ---------- : 5-6
    tWTR ------------------- 4 ---------- : 5-6
    tWR --------------------- 8 ---------- : 10-12
    tRFC ------------------- 60 ---------- : 68-78 (up to 88 may be needed)
    tRTP ------------------- 4 ---------- : 5-6

    Channel A
    Static tRead Value --------------------- :9-10
Try lower values first, if they don't work try to increase Static tRead Value first, and then the higher Advanced Timing Control values if that doesn't work.

ok I'll try that . but to change the tRead value only on channel A as written in your code or on both A and B?
and btw what seemed to be the problem that I couldn't use the last settings with 4.00D and after changing the standart and advanced timing control to these I would be able to use that? If that's really complicated and long don't bother answering that ;P
just tell me if to change in both A and B and I'll go to work:P
and really thanks about everything !

    Both channels.
Hopefully it'll work, you can try it with 1.24v MCH Core, if not we'll have to think of other options.

Ok I've tried and it rebooted. Settings:
    System Memory Multiplier -------------- : [4.00D]
DRAM Timing Selectable ---------------- : [Manual]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time -------- 7 ---------- : [7]
    tRCD ------------------- 7 ---------- : [7]
    tRP --------------------- 7 ---------- : [7]
    tRAS ------------------- 16 ---------- : [24]

    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD ------------------- 4 ---------- : 5
    tWTR ------------------- 4 ---------- : 5
    tWR --------------------- 8 ---------- : 10
    tRFC ------------------- 60 ---------- : 68
    tRTP ------------------- 4 ---------- : 5

    Channel A
    Static tRead Value --------------------- :10
(all the next opts here are on auto)
    Channel B
    Static tRead Value --------------------- :10
(all the next opts here are on auto)

    MCH Core 1.24V

It's back to original settings as before (333X8=2666mhz).
What do you think I should change? thanks :)

    Try the higher values
    Code:
    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD ------------------- 4 ---------- : 6
    tWTR ------------------- 4 ---------- : 6
    tWR --------------------- 8 ---------- : 12
    tRFC ------------------- 60 ---------- : 78
    tRTP ------------------- 4 ---------- : 6
And Static tRead Valuew 11 or 12 if that doesn't work.
Perheps a bit more DRAM Voltage, not a lot more just +0.02-0.04v, what steps do you have for that option?
