Another thing possible without much difference of memory performance is lower memry frequency, and tighter timings say 1333MHz with possible timings 6-6-6-21.
If you would like to try this change the following
    Code:
    System Memory Multiplier -------------- : [3.33D]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time -------- 7 ---------- : [6]
    tRCD ------------------- 7 ---------- : [6]
    tRP --------------------- 7 ---------- : [6]
    tRAS ------------------- 16 ---------- : [21]
Leave the rest as they are for now.

ok I've just tried to do this but my windows always got stuck while loading (and it booted 3 times but the settings were saved) something really wierd.
So I went back to the bios and changed the DRam voltage to 1.740 (from 1.720) and changed the SPD to 2.66D and now it works and I can use my windows. any idea what happened? :S
    thanks ;]
Current SS with 2.66D and 1.740 DRAM voltage:
    Intel E8500 333fsb*9.5multi=3.16ghz 1333fsb 6mb L2 cache Working At 400fsb*8=3.2ghz 45nm.
    Gigabyte GA-EP45C-DS3 -F5 bios - P45, DDR3, 1600mhz.
    OCZ PC3-12800 Platinum Edition ocz3p16002g 4gb(2gb*2) dual channel 1600mhz CL7.
    Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD4850 512mb (625\993).
    Spire ATX-550WAT.
    NZXT Tempest (6 fans).

With the 2.66D multiplier i believe you can leave timings, standard and advanced on auto, and Static tRead Value 8 or 7.
There are other option you may explorer, like lower MCH Core under 1.2v or even under 1.1v.
Maybe someone will come with other ideas.

After re-reading the MemSet timings, leave standard timings as they are.

EDIT: you may be able to use even lower timings with 1.7v DRAM Voltage, perheps 6-5-5-16 or 5-5-5-16.
