AHPD's recommendations are right on the money.
Disable No-Execute Protect and CPU Thermal Monitor 2.
This probably isn't necessary, but it won't hurt to try it.

MCH Core that is too high or too low can cause instability or boot loop problems.

If overheating is the issue disabling CPU Thermal Monitor 2 may indeed hurt badly.

Sorry, i posted wrongly. My BIOS is F11c.

BTW, i dont think its my temperature issue. at peak running @ 4.05Ghz, the temperature only reached 62degree.

    I've just checked, there's a F11d. Should i update?

Under what load? Have you checked after about 15 minutes of gaming or or just before the shut down?

Its during gaming. As i have 2 monitor. I open up CPUID HWmonitor on 1 screen when i run 3D Mark 06 demo continuously. Usually after 10 to 15mins, it will just shutoff. Meaning black out and my system will end up keep on trying to reboot but the power just went off, come back on for 3 sec then off again. I have to off the power line, wait a few seconds and on it again.

So it might be you get a blue screen instead of ""shut down".
If you are you using Windows XP, blue screen may be disabled.
Right click "My Computer" -> properties -> advanced -> Startup and Recovery click settings, make sure Automaticaly restart check-box is cleared, click OK.

Actually i dont get any blue screen at all.

It just black out. No shutdown. No Blue screen. No Screen Freeze.

Its strange. I'm actually totally out of solution. :(

Ok, i found out my problem.

It seems like i o/c my graphic card too high that causes this problem. LOL

    What a joke.

BTW, thanks for all the great advise here. At least i can o/c my CPU at a reasonable good speed. :)
