Default Any extra problems with windows 7?

For those of you that use windows 7, would you recomend it? Is there any additional problems with overclocking your gigabyte board or driver issues?
    Thanks

It's a big improvement over that disaster called Vista.

I've used the rc version for over 2 months already and it's pretty good. I'm sure most overclocking will still work.

I have the retail version and yet to install it over the rc version

You can't install the retail version over the RC. You have to do a clean (or what Microsoft calls a "custom") install.

The official reason is that the RC is full of debug code and other tools that have been removed from the retail release. I can confirm that the retail is both smaller and "snappier."

Overclocking has been exactly the same on Win 7 for me as it was on Vista. The same goes for drivers. Any Vista driver should work just fine on Win 7, as the driver model is virtually identicaql. Win 7 is basically just Vista 1.1.

There are performance increases over Vista in most respects, and everything looks a little prettier in places. Other than that there's not a huge amount of difference. All the major Vista problems relating to performance were fixed with SP1 and a few follow up patches.

    Hate it

And I personally am glad they decided to make windows 7 a new OS instead of a vista service pack which is all it really is anyway.

I will be skipping windows 7 myself I think, x64 Vista is great I think

    *Edit*

Ohh, but yes it will work fine for a Gigabyte board and would not be affected by your overclock at all, unless it is unstable which would affect and OS
