    Setting both to ? worked? 9? then leave it on 9.
    BTW what score you get with IBT(GFlops) and what are the core temps during the stress?
    IBT alone is not enough to ensure stability, at least 6+ hours of Prime95/Orthos blend test is need.

    I'm not sure what this means. Did you mean AUTO?

    tRD = 8 is too tight when using the 2.00D memory multiplier.
    Try tRD = 9 for both channels.
    note tRD is the same as Static tRead Value

    Yea it worked on setting 9 for both channels. For intel burn test I didn't creat a log bub the max temp when stressing was 58. What setting do I need to set for prime95.

    Edit;*: "Your MCH Core = 1.30 is too high. " what v do you want me to put it on?

    Thanks

    MCH Core = 1.20 might be OK. You can start with 1.26 and if it boots OK, lower it one setting to 1.24 and repeat this routine until it won't boot, then increase it and you'll be ready to stress test. It is unlikely that you will be able to lower it to less than 1.20 volts.

    Most run the Prime95 Blend test initially. It's best to run it for 8 - 12 hours.
    I sometimes cheat a bit and only run a 4 - 6 hour test, and then make a few more tweaks and test again.

    IBT note: I recently discovered that using THREADS = 2 (instead of AUTO) for my CD2 resulted in:
    1) faster (lower) loop times
    2) higher GFlops scores
    3) temperatures that were 8 - 11 (C) HIGHER!!!!

    Another member confirmed this with his C2Q (with THREADS = 4) after I mentioned this.

    What do you mean, which stress test to run or BIOS settings?

    MCH Core 1.26v or less may be all you need. Less DRAM Voltage may also be possible in the range of 1.9-2.0v.

    Well on 1.20 MCH Core it boots up..( When lowing the MCH core does it have to post? or boot up as in windows?) Ive lowerd it down even more and it still post but im leaving it at 1.20..) 1.20 MCH core boots up windows. What do i do next?

    Run IBT for 10 - 20 loops. Set Threads = 2.
    Watch your cpu core temperatures!!
    Stop the test if these temperatures go above 75 (C).
    At the end of the test you should see the success/stable message.

    Next, Run Prime95 (Blend test) for at least 8 - 12 hours (longer is better).
    If there are any errors, post how long the test ran when the error occurred and the name of failing test and worker thread(s).

    Post your tested bios template and the updated screen-shots using Memset, cpu, and ET6.

    List your system components in your signature.
    --> User CP tab (upper left corner of web page)
    --> select Edit Signature
    --> enter your hardware components (brand, model, etc.)
    --> include your bios version
    --> preview
    --> Save when complete
    Be sure to include your bios version, motherboard version, power supply, cpu heatsink/fan setup and the model numbers of all components.

    This will cut down on possible errors and make it easier for us to help you.

    You're making it difficult for us to help you.
    If we don't have complete information, it's a waste of everyone's time.
    We need:
    1) Your current bios settings using either of these EP45 bios templates.
    2) A detailed list of your hardware setup in your forum signature, including brand/model #/version # for all components.
    3) A link to your ram's full specifications, preferably from the manufacturer's website.
    4) A screen-shot as detailed in post #3.
    This is an example of the info that should be displayed (cpuz MainBoard screen is not displayed in this sample).

    My best guess is that MCH Core and VTT (CPU Termination) are not properly set. We need all of the above information to best help you.
