Nice job with your signature, screen-shot and hardware links!
See if the following changes help with the BSOD:

Memory Frequency (Mhz) ---------------- : [888] <-- fill in the displayed value that is set by the bios

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time ------ ?? ---------- : [5]
    tRCD ------------------- ?? ---------- : [5]
    tRP --------------------- ?? ---------- : [5]
    tRAS ------------------- ?? ---------- : [15]

    Motherboard Voltage Control
    CPU
Voltage Types------------ Normal -------- Current -----

    CPU Termination --------- 1.200V* ----- : [1.24] <--- 1.22 might be OK, to be tested later

    MCH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.22]
    CPU PLL ----------------- 1.500V* ----- : [1.57]
    ICH I/O ----------------- 1.500V ------- : [1.57]
    ICH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.20]

If BSOD occurs or your system isn't stable:
    MCH Core might need 1.24
    CPU Vcore might need 1.300 - 1.325

Follow up your IBT test with an extended Prime95 Blend test.
Post the full bios template and screen-shot, for better or worse and include any error details.

If you're into gaming and these tests run without errors, run your most intensive game for several hours as an additional stress test.

    Good luck and have fun.

We usually refer to core temps not CPU temps which might be 10c or more lower than core temps. Use Realtemp, CoreTemp, HWMonitor(DPUID) or other software that repoerts core temps.

The non-uniformity of IBT results suggests you need more vcore. Results should not have more than ~0.3GFlops difference.

    Thanks!!
The see are the options below that i cannot see above.

ICH I/O changed to 1.560V (Only options are 1.56V or 1.580V)
Cpu PLL changed to 1.650V (Only options are 1.560V or 1.580V no 1.57)

What should i set these settigns to.

    Thanks

    *Edit* @Chike
I use Core Temp to read my temperatures (Always been using this to read my temperature)

My Cpu Vcore @ 1.29375v The next Option is 1.30000V Should i change it?

Then 58c is too low, I expect 70c+ for 4.2GHz, definately more vcore.

ICH I/O changed to 1.560V (Only options are 1.56V or 1.580V)

Different mobo models have slightly different options.
Set ICH I/O to 1.58 with your high o/c.
I'm leary of high CPU PLL settings, I'd go with 1.58 volts.

Are you using THREADS = 2 and testing the highest amount of memory with IBT?
THREADS = AUTO on my system averages 10 (C) lower temperatures.

Much better results then before, still I think s little more vcore.
When you are done with Prime95 try one or two steps up, let the coputer idle for 5-10 minutes before you run IBT test so nothing else run at the same time it does.

Thank, tonight is the night where i can do my prime95 test ( Couldnt do it the other days due to bad weather..always having blackouts...).
Ive played crysis for a few hours everything on high and havent had any crashes..

For Prime95 torture test Ive selected Blend is this correct setting?
