IBT pass and large non in-place FFT fails so memory is suspected, your MCH Core is losw so I'd try that first.

Have you slected the Round off Checking under the advanced tab? BTW if I missed it what is the vid setting for your chip? In bios what does the default vcore setting say? This will be the number in white just left of where you make changes... I know I asked the same question twice.....

I just noticed something you said about you not having the memory driving strength of 1066. What choices do you have?

ok im awake now..lol going into Bios now. ill look at default vcore and post it. going to take MCH up some. it is at 1.10v now ill take it to 1.20 and try prime95 again. i am still getting the occasional shutdown and reboot then the windows error saying it just recovered from a serious error. but everything fires right back up... i just wonder if it this memory. i didnt have this problem until i switched to it... ok going to bios.

Every BSOD or reboot if it is disabled is a severe error.
Run a couple of memtest86+ before you boot into windows, running unstable system, exspecially memory problems, may result in corrupted system files and others.

well i went in and changed mch to 1.20v and then ran memtest86 it wasnt pretty. i dont know how to get the results from it so i took a pic of the screen.

im thinking it is this memory. im going to put them in the 2 & 4 slots and see what they do. if the same they will be RMA'd. i will put my mushkin mem back in and see what happens.

You are using a bit outdated version of memset86+ (or isn't it the +), only 2GB are reported and no timings. Use 2.11 or newer.
Those DDR-1066 not always work right out the box, some tweaking will usually sort it out.
