Yes it's quite a drop of vcore, highest I've seen so far, what is it at idle?
IBT results look good, twice+ of what I had at that CPU clock.
412FSB take you to 3.5GHz, try with CPU Ratio 8 first to make sure the ram is still stable.

Enable Load Line Calibration and it won't drop as much. That is if isn't already.

    GO COWBOYS!

I will check the idle vcore shortly. As for LLC, I don't have that option on my board.

    Couple things:

I run IBT and get stable results. Whenever I need to reboot Windows, I can't get past the post screen. Seems something is going awry when I reboot.

Secondly, I removed to sticks of ram. I dropped the MCH & ram voltage to 1.36 & 2.10 respectively. I'm going to run IBT for stability. Not sure if it's a placebo effect, but my computer feels like it's got more snap with 4 gigs than at 8.

I'm at 8.5x425 for 3.61 Ghz. 10 pass IBT was successful. My idle voltage fluctuated between 1.232 & 1.248. I then tried 450 fsb but couldn't post. I dropped my multi from 8.5 to 8, then 7, then 6. I still could not post. Is it possible my mobo maxes out at 425?

So when you say it won't boot what does it do.... Lots of short beeos or what?

Also please post your current bios... again

Will post the bios when I am home. What is happening is I make my changes in the bios. I then save my changes and exit the bios screen. The system should then post. It doesn't. Instead it turns on & off a couple times. On the third attempt, it posts at stock fsb.

When that happens that means you have an over voltage situation and should go back into the bios after the second failure and correct a setting you made.

Meaning lower the setting? Man I can't figure this stuff out. Aflac!

Meaning a setting you changed caused the over voltage. So yes lower/change it back. Also I find if I get a lot of short beeps it's generally a memory timing issue.
