Default ITE chip reporting wrong voltages

I got a new motherboard (P55-UD4P) It is reporting these voltages from the ITE8720 chip. The BIOS tells me the +12 and +5 are fine. Would this be a reason to return it for a replacement? Will it cause any more problems?

I have yet to see a GIGABYTE motherboard that it's 12v is reported correctly by HWMonitor or SpeedFan.

My EP45-UD3P has always shown what looks to be correct. This will not cause any problems? I use HWMonitor on the P45 board all the time. Are you saying just get a multi-meter if I want the correct voltages?

ET6 should show them correctl, don't think you'd even be able to power up with the values you see.

I have not installed ET6. I guess I could look at it. I am thinking I may get it replaced by the retailer. I don't want to have this for the whole life of the board.
