I'd say about 3 weeks unless they will cross ship... Just a guess though.

My RMA was just over a month. Not exactly a positive experience.

But I did get a working board back.

Did you guys get a new board back from gigabyte, or did they fix your old board?

I just noticed the RMA sticky.

Can the mods erase this threat. I didn't realize it was against the rules to post.

I'm not here to bash gigabyte, I'm actually really happy with their boards. Got 3 of them. Just wondering on the process of RMA and the avg. time frame, thats all.

Your alright I don't think this is what their refering to...

    This is:
This is not a forum that you can use as a public stage to discredit GIGABYTE if you are having return or replacement issues.

You may or may not get a version 1.6 board. I can say with 99% certainty that if they send you a replacement board (ie n ot the one you returned) then it will be a re-conditioned one. This is standard practice. they get faulty boards in, replace with an off the shelf re-conditioned, then any ones that are fixable wil be sent off and repaired, ready to send to others when they RMA their board.

Friendly, "non violent" RMA threads are just fine, this post isn't a problem.
