E|T6 is a combined system monitoring and software over clocking program included with most if not all Gigabyte boards. You can download the latest version here: GIGABYTE - Support&Download - Motherboard - Utility

It's useful to see what voltages are being applied by your BIOS when setting auto. At 4GHz, with Auto on CPU Termination and PLL, you may be in danger of potentially frying your CPU. Excessive CPU Term in particular is very dangerous. Don't use ET6 to overclock, just use it to monitor voltages etc.

I made a screen shot but I can't get it to upload because it exceeds the limits. My EasyTune doesn't have a Voltage Tab. But on HW Monitor Tab it shows CPU Voltage 1.232 Dram 2.11

The voltages you need to check are CPU PLL and CPU Termination. As said, with these on auto, overclocking the CPU will cause the board to raise these two voltages, sometimes by much too much.

I have double checked and I don't know how to find the CPU PLL or the Termination voltages. It sure isn't shown in Easy Tune that I down loaded from the Gigabyte site.

Thank you for your patience. I finally found it. The CPU PLL is 1.65 and the CPU Termination is 1.3. Is this OK?

All board voltages are shown in ET6. Sounds like you're looking on the wrong tab. Don't use the Hardware Monitor tab, go to Tuner > Advanced > Voltage. Every board voltage is there to read and adjust.
