    William, are you reading those from the EasyTune screen as shown?

    CPU PLL 1.65 and the CPU Termination is 1.3
    If the attached pic is anything to go by, yes too high.

    I have different motherboard, but search the forum for PLL and EP45 for more info.

    Should I go into the BIOS and lower the PCU PLL Voltage?

    You may not need that high CPU PLL and CPU Termination, they are not bad though.
    Try PLL 1.60 and below.
    What is CPU Vcore target?

    CPU VCore target is 1.25625. I lowered the PLL Voltage to 1.57 in the BIOS and now it says POWER ON 1.65 TARGET 1.57. Why don't they match?

    I don't know, ET6 sometimes acting strange, but target is what you looking for so it's fine.
