Default A little help with Face-Wizard?

I was wondering what kind of limitations are placed on the images and so forth, do they have to be a certain aspects ratio for instance? or just no larger than a certain file size?
I've never flashed my BIOS before either, I have DualBIOS and as I understand it there shouldn't be any problems even if I brick one BIOS but I'd like to know if there's a risk of bricking the whole board.
    (Board EP45-UD3)

This is the picture I want:

Could somebody either tell me how to make this work with it or else do it for me?

PS: I was planning on using Q-Flash to do the actual flashing of the BIOS.

I sure don't know about Face Wizard but use this to flash.

It's pretty hard on the nerves but it's not to bad.
