Tried doing the 1st thing you said by changing the voltage and the mch core up and down one .1 and didnt make a difference... memtest failed a minute in a half on the Moving Inversions, 8 bit patterns.... dont know if that means anything but going to try the next thing

For the UD3P there si one BIOS for rev 1.0 and 1.1 and another for rev, 1.6, so it may be, just wait to the one who knows to comment about it.

Have you tested one stick in slot #3 alone?

If this works out can you post your BIOS settings using the template in this post, and a screen capture of MemTest(click >>) main and spd(click spd) windows?
Some tweaking may be needed for optimal performance.

Let memtest run 5+ passes at least.

I forgot to mention before, when overclocking some settings are need to be set manually or auto may overvoit too much.
Please read this post about settings that need to be set manually.
Except XMP, leave it auto or set to profile1.

I didnt change emory multiplier 3.20B, was i sopposed too? its at 70% 1st test and no failing. I just put the FSB at 333 and CPU at 8X and the memory voltage to 2.1, And "when overclocking some settings are need to be set manually or auto may overvoit too much." when should I do this after the tests?

Ok, test results are in, 6 times memtest and no errors... im so excited about that but anyways memtest says.... Chipset-p45/g45- FSB 266mhz, Ram-533 mhz/ CAS 5-7-7-24... doesnt seem right.... i cant run those other programs for you right now because I need to go to work, but when I get home ill get you those screenshots you asked for before I change the M.I.T settings
