Run the test on the lowest Static tRead that lets you boot, if you experiancing any problems try one higher.
    Prime95 runs under windows.
Below is memory benchmark for my system at 333FSB at DDR-800 with timings 4-4-4-12.
Your results should be around those values +-.

Ok will do, once again when I get home in 10hours, work sucks when you have computer issues. Also have a couple other questions for you... Any other suggestions in terms of tweaking? (cpu, vga, memory, etc.) And my heatsink fan is getting a bit noisy, any suggestions on a new heatsink+fan? or at least a brand name?

I'm not much of vga OCer or memory tweaker, I just leave the XMP settings as they are.
As for the CPU, it shouldn't too much of a hassle to clock it to 3+ GHz, as long the temps and voltages stay in the reasonable area, with current FSB or 400(even better memory performance)
The mid tower is a bit tight, so you may want a slim CPU heatsink, like Thermalright 120/TRUE, the Mugen 2 fan for example will block the 2 first memory slots of the "L" board for the high profile Dominator. There are others that are cheaper and not much less good.

OC is never a must, as you wish and as temps permit.
