If you are going to run Prime95/Orthos blend torture, get RealTemp or CoreTemp and watch over the temps for 10-15 minutes to make sure they don't go too high.

Not sure about the Q6700, it's a G0 stepping but with 105W TDP and thermal spec 62.2c, so to be safe temps better be no more than 65c, but they should be under 60c anyway at stock voltage/speed.

If you want to run a whole system stability test then just select blend and run.
If you want more memory specific test, customize the test: run Prime95/Orthos, select blend, select custom, change Min FFT to 128 and click ok (+ start for Orthos).
Leave it running for a nightly 8+ hours.
The advantage of using Orthos is that it stop both threads if one fail, otherwise both are about the same.

Update.... Everything is looking great so far, the maxxmem was a little off
    [img=http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/9452/maxxmem.th.jpg]

But I dont know if there is anything to do about to make it higher, and the CPU Temp with Prime95 running is 55C, i didnt see it go much higher than that within 15mins also I got the preformance level to go to 6

CPU temps in EasyTune or CoreTemp/RealTemp?

Benchmark was done with DDR-800 4-4-4-12 tRD 5. It was also at 3.1GHz, shouldn't be much difference but I'll make a new one at 2.66GHz.
If you want to try DDR-800, set memory multiplier 2.40B, CAS 4, and see if you can boot with Static tRead 5 and get better results.

Ok, status update, ran prime 95 overnight, no issues, CoreTemp highest reading was 59C, in terms of the memory... should I change it to what you said memory at 2.40b and 4-4-4-12? and would i need to touch FSB? I just wondering if I should leave it alone at this point or continue to tweak... im looking for you suggestion on this one

Save a BIOS profile you can always load later when you want to return to current settings. In main BIOS screen press F11, select empty slot, give it a name and save. The profile cn be later load with F12.

I think it is worth trying DDR-800 with 4-4-4-12 timings, if it doesn't result in better performance you can go back to current settings,

No change needed to FSB, just memory multiplier, CAS, tRD, assuming XMP profile1/2 is set.
    Code:
    System Memory Multiplier -------------- : 2.40b

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time -------- 5 ---------- : [4]

    Channel A
    Static tRead Value --------------------- : [5]

    Channel B
    Static tRead Value --------------------- : [5]
If you are not able to lower tRD(Static tRead Value) there will probably be no change in performance, but try it anyway.

I ran MaxxMem again at 2.66GHz with both DDR-800 and DDR-1066, and results seems to be about the same, picture below.
I set timings for DDR-1066 as in your memory EPP profile so I don't know why they are different.
Can you post MemSet main window for memory timings of your benchmark?
