Did the computer boot at first attemp?
What I do when I change settings is enter BIOS again after boot to make sure the settings took and I don't get the red message. Sometimes multi boots are very silent and for only a second or less before the fans even start spinning.
When settings fail and the computer finally boot after more than one attempt it uses unknown ssettings, that could be the reason for the overvolt.

Can you post your current settings for 1066 with MemSet main window screen capture?

Don't lett the coputer boot after multiple boots, enter MIT and correct the settings.

Your MCH was 1.2v last settings you posted, maybe you lost them, do you switch the PSU off when you turn off the computer?
Easy way to know if you lost settings, in advanced BIOS settings disable screen logo, when settings are lost dur to BIOS clear (happen to me if I leave the PSU off) the logo will show, immediately alerting you something happened.

Aside from All Precentage to Activate and All Precentange ro Refresh delay, yours 6 mine 5, our memset windows are identical. Don't think those should have made that big of a difference of performance, and how to change them if at all possible. Could be the amount of memory and/or the fact all your slots are populated.

Did you run another MaxxMem with the settings you used for screen capture?

Ok, i got bad news, woke up this morning and it bosd 0x0a, so i restarted and opened bios to see if anything changed or and overvolt msg and nothing, so i tryed to boot into windows and it gave me a boot manager message and then enter though it and it blue screened 0x74, so i decided to run memtest and it failed within 3 seconds, so i took 2 sticks out and it did the same thing, i reloaded defult bios setting and then the settings we did and still wont boot and memtest still fails.... What should i do? Reset bios? Idk im just super pissed it worked for like 3 days no issues and i wake up to this ****

One stick? All slots? All Sticks?
Defaults don't make things any better as they set 1066 with turbo with not enogh MCH Core.
Won't do no harm to reset BIOS, just remember to load optimized defaults afterwards and set at MCH Core/DRAM Voltage.
