    Cool GA-EP45T-DS3R, q9550 C1, Corsair DDR3

    Hi guys,

I've been trying to mildly OC my rig (3.4-3.5 GHz) and allow my ram to run as close as possible to 1600mhz. I managed to get 1333 mhz (settings shown below) but my Prime tests aren't stable (one or two cores stops running after a while).

Anyone have any ideas on how i may be able to tweak my bios settings?
If anyone have similar components, is it possible to post your Bios settings?

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanx.

    My current bios settings:

Please post a screen capture of MemSet main(click >>) and spd(click spd) windows.

CAS 7 might be too tight for 1333 try 8, I'd also leave advanced timings on auto for now.
Which FFT size failed you remember?

EDIT: Please add your system specs with the link to your memory specs to your forum signature for easier reference.

I agree... In this case I'm just going on trials and errors method with latencies 'cause this settings kept me "alive" for 6-7 hours in Prime.
I don't remember the size of FTT (maybe 1024 - probably Blend mode)

But,.. I'm unable to get my voltage settings for anything higher then 1333, which is my goal (cca 1500-1550 MHz with 9,9,9,24)

what do you think? Is it possible? I've been reading about my memory stick and it ain't very happy at native speed (1600), especially with my MB... (Asus MB is doing just fine with these modules, rampage extreme is even doing 1800 MHz OC-ed)

P.S. thanks for the link... ;)

DDR-1600 did not work at all?
I'd try it, but with advanced settings not less than jedec#3.
    Code:
    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD....................................: 6
    tWTR....................................: 6
    tWR.....................................: 11
    tRFC....................................: 76
    tRTP....................................: 6
    Command Rate (CMD) .....................: 2
or auto if those can't be stabilized.

I think I'm gonna leave the thread open till morning (I'm GMT+1 and having hard time keeping my eyes open :) and then try with "critical" Vcore and MCH voltages to run these module as they are supposed to...

Chike, if you have any ideas or suggestions regarding my bios voltage settings, please, don't hesitate 'cause every opinion at this moment is precious...
I'd like to achieve 3.5 or 3.6 Ghz with ddr 1500-1600 Mhz. I think it's possible. I'm open for debate.

    thanx.

So far I've been only dreaming about 1600 :)

I'm not familiar with the multipliers for different straps for DDR3, could you please list them?
With DDR2 the B strap sometimes have more sucess than the D strap.
