    Default X58-UD5 continuous boot loop

    Hello.

I just bought new pc, assembled it and now i have an major problem.
My pc stucks on a boot loop when i start it, sometimes the loop stops and starts working normally.
Once when i got pass the boot loop i updated bios to newest F9E.

Diagnostic screen shows code 88 and i cant even get into bios during the boot loop.

Iv checked all connectors, another PSU, removing components, switching memory sticks ect.

    System spec:

    Team Group 3 x 2GB Extreeme Dark Tri-Channel kit, DDR3 1600MHz (PC3-12800) CL8, TXD36144M1600HC8TC-D

    Gigabyte EX58-UD5

    Core i7 920 2.66GHz

    Asus 5870

    Nexus RX-1K 1000W PSU

Should i just RMA the board or what?

try removing cmos battery and leave out for half an hour put back in and try,or jump cmos with motherboard jumpers next to battery with screwdriver, cross the terminals for 20mins at least rest it across and then reboot

    Already tried all of them.

I think i have to RMA the mobo, cant figure out how to get it working.
My guess is that the mobo is broken, or the memory is incompatible, any other guesses?

Yes i tried it few times, those two times when i got pass the loop i checked the temps and they were fine, i even installed windows 7 and ran some prime on it.

The strange thing is that when i got pass the loop, i could restart, shut down and start the pc without any problems, BUT when i left it without power for a few hours the boot loop came back.

And the current situation is that i cant get pass the boot loop anymore.
