At 667 memory speeds, primary memory timings = 4-4-4-12 might be stable.
I don't know if the 2.00B memory multiplier will work with Cpu Host Frequency = 266MHz.
You might need to test with cpu host frequency = 333 with the 2.00B memory multiplier.

    Hi profJim,

When I increase the FSB to 333 how much Vcore should I add?

And as FSB increases do I need to add to tRD (or any others)?

    Are you suggesting that I run at 333 @ 2.00B before I try 4-4-4-12?

With 333MHz, if you adjust the cpu multiplier to run at similar speeds to the stock settings, Cpu Vcore might need to be increased by one to two clicks.
tRD should initially stay the same. With your value ram you can try the 4-4-4-12 settings. You might need 4-5-5-12 at 667 memory speeds. I assume that these tests will use both memory modules in dual channel mode. Given your past dual channel problems, using 800MHz speeds doesn't sound promising, but this might work with looser than stock primary memory timings.

Generally tRD and primary memory timings need to be changed as you overclock higher, but it looks like your current memory won't be happy with memory speeds higher than 700MHz.

I intend to let prime (blend) pass (2nd run) for 24hrs before any further changes.

Is it reasonable to assume that 2 passes 20hr and 24Hr that i have a stable system?

What are some suggested test routines/ steps people take do evaluate their system stability?

And is it common to pass for 24 hrs and then suffer stability issues ( system freeze / lockups )?

(Note: I have had a question regards how many sticks of ram i am using. All my testing has been with 2 sticks (2x2G) of ram in both single and Dual ch. If i have tested with one, I have or will add to comments. Sorry for any confusion)

8-9 hours blend, 1-2 hours small FFT, and 10 runs IBT is stable for me, but I have never had any problems with my setup so far.

When o/c ing and your settings are too tight, which test usually picks it up? (i.e. is it generally early in blend/ late in blend or any of the tests??)

I never tighten my settings too much. I OC to get most for the money without risking stability too much. I am not shooting for any records.
I usaully run an hour Prime95 small FFT first, then 10 runs IBT, usually it is one of them that fail, though I had blend failing too.

    Thanks Chike.

What difference are you temps between IBT and prime small fft?
