I would increase CPU Vcore 1 or 2 steps higher than the standard setting. I prefer to manually set the following voltages, even if they will be set to the default (displayed) voltage setting:

    Motherboard Voltage Control
    CPU Vcore….………........1.050V.............: [Auto]
    CPU Termination…...... 1.200V…...........: [Auto]
    CPU PLL……………………….1.550V.............: [Auto]

    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core…………….....1.100V..............:1.05V

    ICH I/O……………….....1.550V.............: [Auto]
ICH Core……………......?.???V.............: [Auto] <--- not available for some models

    DRAM
    DRAM Voltage ……....1.800V............: 1.860V

I suggest a minimum of 12 hours (or longer) of stress testing to ensure that your system is stable. I've had stress test errors at times after running for more than 6 - 10 hours and on rare occasions, after 15 - 20 hours. It's important to have a rock solid base setup as a fall back position.

While I'm trying to reach my overclocking goal, I'll often perform an abbreviated stress test of 6 - 8 hours and consider the interim overclock provisionally stable and move on to the next level. Once I've reached my "final" overclock, then I'll perform three or more separate 24 hour stress tests to "guarantee" that my system is stable. Note: This is much easier to do when you have a stable backup system to work or play on while your main system is being tested.

Yeah they were set manually why did you change them to auto?
Even with underclocked CPU they need to be set manually because the FSB is overclocked.

I see but you had them set manually in the post you made after you had them stable.

Leave Memory timings as they were stable at stock, seems they made good, aside tRD that will probably require to be one step higher and Command Rate 2/0.
Try Driving Strench 800 and DRAM Voltage 1.86-1.9v if they fail.

    mmmmm.......

your right, i did set them manually for my o/c attempt. after that failed i set them to auto for fsb 333 x 7.5 (slight under clock) I should have left them set.

my last attempt failed after 3.5 hrs :(

bummer, realy don't know, try with DDR-677 settings maybe? compare mem benchmark to DDR-800 at 266FSB see if it make things worse.
