Your advanced timing settings might be a bit too tight.
You can try setting these to AUTO and then setting Performance Enhance = Turbo to see if your system is stable.

    more testing and more freezes.

decided to go back to last stable setting (previous 24hr prime blend pass), this also produded a freeze after 18-19hrs....

    That was DDR-800 with 266FSB?
Maybe 300FSB with 2.50A(DDR-750) or 2.40B(DDR-720) memory mulriplier and CPU Ratio 8.5 for a start?

Give it 2-3 notches up vcore just to be safe.

Have suffered few freezes now and some of the changes caused post beeps and boot resets.

Should i optimized BIOS after post and boot recyle issues?

Won't hurt to load optimized default and do the changes.
Did you try both 2.50A and 2.40B multipliwers?
If the DDR-667 settings are stable maybe it's worth using them, with 333FSB.

have had lots of changes and resets and freezes, tried to o/c and u/c at 333, 300. with both 2.5A, 2.4B and 2 ( 2 was an attempted o/c). (and increasing Vcore)

I am going to load optimized again and make my changes, I will try to get back to a stable stock speed and dual ch. ram.

(then i will research and invest in some decent ram, at last i hear you all say)

Can/does RAM affect what voltage my MCH core runs at. ( as mine on works at 1.05V, or it short if I stuck in some decent RAM would this allow me to vary this setting?)

    Thanks

This is still a mystery to me. It seems some need less and some more even with the same memory modules.

    Testing has gone backwards...

I am not able to return to any Dual ch. 800MHz (stock speed) prevoius stable settings (even though they had passed prime95 of 20hrs+ ????) some of the settings that passed 20hrs wont even go 3hrs now???

Have dropped back to Dual Ch. 667MHz . I have run 667 on prime for 20hrs stopped (stable). Re run and are up to 12hrs on second pass.

Similar Mem timings for 800M were used can anyone suggest what adjustments I could make to tighten for 667 setting? Could I try 4-4-4-12/15??
