Ajjj sorry I forgot you may not have 1.05, what with 1.0?
If you cannot get 1600 to work I suggest using 1333 (3.33D multiplier for 400FSB) and try lower timings 6-6-6-20.

    MCH Core ---1٫2 - 1.24V – 1٫26 - 1٫05 - 0٫095
so I have tried these and kept changes I did in previous steps.
QUESTION please do I have to load optemized default and save reboot every time ?

No just once, or after BIOS flash/clear.

    no 1.0 and if i put 3.33D memory multiplier memory will run @ 1333 and i can run my cpu @ 400×8 = 3.2
but that i can do with default setting........ which i can't do is running ram @ 1600

once i made fab= 475 and memory @ 1581 but get BSOD on loading stress on ORTHOS

Running the ram at 1600 may not always be possible. You are running 1333 but timings 7-7-7-24, with timings 6-6-6-20 (if possible) you will get better performance.

What FFT size was that failed?
FSB 475, even 440+ may need other changes in settings, such CPU/MCH Ref.
If memory can only do 1333 it is better keep multiplier close to that speed and OC the CPU only.
Don't make big changes, just 10MHz more in FSB every time and make it stable, than continue.

Download MaxxMEM² - PreView, it's a small program to benchmark memory performance. After you run it you can save a picture of the results (screenshot).
Make one run to have a base for comparison.
Try to set lower Static tRead value for both channels. Start with 9, and every time you reboot try one step lower, 8, 7, 6 untill the computer start multi reboot, then set it one step higher, and boot, run the benchmark again and see if you get better results.
If you change FSB or timings or memory speed you will have to find Static tRead Value again.
