    To this day I don't know what this option is for other then to isolate the options for a certain FSB strap.
    At 400+ FSB use D or B multipliers (B does not always work).

    another question pls is it better to use three sticks for ddr3 if yes can i use a third stick ( corsair 1333MHz 9-9-9-24 1.6V)

    I don't know how memory is set when using 3 sticks but it is probably not a good idea, either 2 or 4 in dual-channel mode, and they better all be the same model/rev. to avoid problems.

    my system now run @ 450 fsb mem mutiplier=2.66D cpu mutiplier=7 it is stable , but pc does't wake-up from sleep mode just keep booting with no success i have to turn power off and then on and it boots to windows with same setting.
    tried cpu termination up to 1.2,1.22,1.24,1.3 same result
    tried ICH core auto,1.1,1.2, 1.3 same result
    tried MCH 1.2,1.22,1.24 same result
    tried static tread 8,9,10,11 same result
    what else can i do .........

    Wake up problems are quite common, sometimes they are fixed in new BIOS versions, what BIOS version do you have?

    worked at last mem runs @ 1600 9-9-9-24-72
    all settings auto but :FSB 400 Vcore 1.4V ram voltage:2.04V MCH core:1.2

    This is a bit high voltage for the ram, they only rated.
    Does it let you wake up from sleep?

    yes.......the only way i found to make pc boot @1600 ram and to wakeup from sleep is this voltage.
    and they are rated 1.9V on sticker and 1.7V at website
