I have a cold boot problem. My system is not stable until it warms up. I have tried changing the MCH Core to everything from 1.05 to 2.26 and 1.1 seems to be the most stable. My settings are the same as I listed above except for the following changes:

    tRFC...........................................72

    Load-Line Calibration.....................:Enabled

    CPU Termination…..... 1.200V*.......: <<1.400V

    CPU PLL…………………....1.550V*.......: << 1.65V

I can not find the setting to change the driving strength to OC 1333. Please let me know what else could cause the cold boot problems. Thanks!

I think DDR3 does not have this settings option.

2.x is WAY to much for the MCH Core voltage, do not try that again! You may have actually damaged the northbridge if you really did try that much voltage on it.

Cold boot issues can be caused by many things such as setting or BIOS itself. Did you always have this issue or just recently? Did you always use the latest BIOS or just recently update to the latest?

Most DDR3 boards do not have the Driving Strength setting, but I do see it in your BIOS as you see here >>

So are you sure you could not find it? It should be here on the same page you click to set tRD (Static tRead values) just click the options below those menus that take you to tRD screens >>>

I tried to change the driving strength, but there is only Auto as an option that shows up. Also why did people recommend, earlier in this thread, to try 1.2V and higher if it can cause damage? My cold boot has always been a problem when I set it to 333 fsb, but it seems to be getting better. Maybe it just needs some burn in time.

Please show me an image of your settings on that page and the main page showing the MAIN timings.

1.2-1.3 is fine, I commented that 2.xxx is not, meaning 2.1-2.x ect.

Sorry about the voltage mix up. I thought I put in 1.26 not 2.26. I am not even sure my motherboard has a setting that goes that high. But any way, here is a picture of the Auto Option.

And here is the timing. I have lowered the memory speed to try and get a little bit of stablility, but the timing is the same.

Ahh thanks for the images, I do need to see the main page of the MIT Section though as well so I can see your memory main timings and the settings just above that.

I am not sure what screen shot you want so I am attaching a couple of pictures. Also my stability seems to be getting worse. Is it possible to the memory is starting to fail or they do not work together?
