I need to see your main MIT BIOS page, it will likely take two images. You can add 10 images per post if you upload them to a image host and place the direct URL into image tags like this

    [img]Direct URL of Image Here[/img]

You can use imageshack.us, photobucket.com, tinypic.com (This is what I use), or any image host you want if you know of others you like.

I need to see the main MIT page, top and bottom so I can see these settings

    MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)
Robust Graphics Booster ...............: Auto or Fast
    CPU Clock Ratio ..........................:
    Fine CPU Clock Ratio.....................:.0
    CPU Frequency ...........................:

    Clock Chip Control
    Standard Clock Control
    CPU Host Clock Control..................: [Enabled]
CPU Host Frequency (Mhz) ............: Mhz
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) .........:Set to 100

    C.I.A.2 .................................:[Disabled]

    DRAM Performance Control
    Performance Enhance...................: [STANDARD]
    Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.).....: Disabled
    (G)MCH Frequency Latch...............: [Auto]
    System Memory Multiplier ..............:
    Memory Frequency (Mhz) ..............:
    DRAM Timing Selectable ................: [Manual]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time........................
    tRCD .........................................
    tRP'...........................................
    tRAS..........................................

    Motherboard Voltage Control

    CPU
CPU Vcore….……….........................:Auto if not overclocking, if you are overclocking please do find and set your own voltages

CPU Termination…..... 1.200V*.......: << If overclocking Please set to stock, Auto overvolts this way to much. Optimal range for overclock would be 1.2-1.5 depending on Vcore, try to keep at least .1 under vcore. Auto is fine if not overclocking

CPU PLL…………………....1.500V*.......: << If overclocking Please set to stock, Auto overvolts this way to much. Optimal range for overclock would be 1.5-1.65. Auto is fine if not overclocking

CPU Referen.…………....0.755V*.......: <<< .64% Of Vtt (Termination above) Auto Will set this correctly

CPU Reference2………,,0.800V*.......:<<< .67% Of Vtt (Termination above) Auto Will set this correctly

    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core…………….....1.100V...........: <<
    MCH Reference….…….0.800V...........; <<< Leave
    MCH/DRAM Ref.…......0.900V...........: <<< Leave
    ICH I/O……………….....1.500V............: <<< Leave
    ICH Core…………...……1.100V............: <<< Leave

    DRAM
    DRAM Voltage ……....1.800V............:
    DRAM Termination .…0.900V............: <<< Leave
    Channel A Reference 0.900V............: <<< Leave
    Channel B Reference 0.900V............: <<< Leave

And while you are at it you can post them all again in one post if you like. You could also just fill out a template if you wanted, link is in my signature.

It looks like they just left this in the BIOS but have it set to disabled/auto for DDR3 boards, not sure why that is? And I am really not sure about it all because when I look at your BIOS those settings are enabled and selectable. So I just wanted to see your BIOS images to be sure you don't maybe have something on the main page stopping you from being able to adjust this.

The setting itself is not really a big deal though, but if you can set it it will help. Some DDR3 boards cannot though, so you may not be able to, just trying to be sure.

Here are the pictures. I am trying a new way of overclocking. I am trying 13 X 266 and it seems to be working better so far. Does a lower fsb lower performance alot? If not I think I will see if I am stable at this setting.

What do you have set for Dram Timing Selectable? Sorry but just seems this is taking to many days as you missed this in the images above and that is what I needed to see really.

Yes lower FSB is not as good/fast as higher FSB, but you can use it and be fine really if you reach the CPU Total Freq. you want

DRAM Selectable Timing is in the first picture and is set to manual. The only options are Auto and Manual.

Sorry! I missed that, and I looked a few times!

I guess they just left the Driving Strength options, but they are disabled is all.

So where are we now then, sorry! Have you got any testing done using the settings I suggested?

If I try running at 333fsb I have stability issues. If I run at 266 or I am even running at 277 for now I seem to be stable. Could this be the memory and motherboard not being compatible?

Well it could be just that CPU does not like 333 FSB, you may have a FSB Hole. Which means you may need to use more or less that 333.

Yes, could also be memory causing issues, is it on the QVL list, or do you know anyone else using it with this board?

Well I am stable at 13 X 270 (3.5 ghz). So I think I am just going to let it go for now. I don't think it is worth the hassle to change the FSB. I am really thankful for all your help you have given me. If I ever decide to mess with it again I will go over everything again and see if I can figure it out.

OK, well sorry we could not help further. Do you have any other ram, or could borrow some, to test and see if maybe this is what is holding you back?

If not, and you are happy with things then that is fine, just trying to help best I can.

If you are settled and plan to keep things like this, please go ahead and post your final settings once you have tested for stability a bit and then we can post back possible changes you can make to things to improve performance such as memory timings.
